Tava Management Console is a portal for HR leaders to easily bring Tava’s mental health benefits to employees and keep engagement growing. With Tava Management Console you can, 

• Upload your roster or connect your HRIS to ensure eligible employees can receive Tava therapy benefits.
• Access mental health resources to share with employees for increased engagement.
• View analytics including active members, sessions completed, and satisfaction scores.
• Invite employees to access Tava benefits.

Who can use Tava Management Console

Tava Management Console is designed for HR/benefits administrators who partner with Tava. Your Tava representative will send a welcome email with a secure link to access your Tava Management Console account.

Sign in with your work email. Enter your company email and follow the sign-in prompt. Access is tied to work email domains; personal email addresses are not supported.
